This is a great Property Litigation Solicitor opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE based in the lovely area of St Albans, Hertfordshire.

The Role
This is a great opportunity for investment and development. This firm will provide you with the mentouring and tools it takes to become an exceptional Property Litigation Solicitor.
Work will include: property renewals and/ or enfranchisement or right to manage, Disputes of property and boundaries, property related professional negligence, termination of leases, and to provide support across the firm's other departments.
You will have good opportunity for progression and will be exposed to a enviable quality of work.
The Requirements
- You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE
- You will have experience of private and publicly funded work
- Your salary is competitive and dependant on your level of experience
- You will have a pragmatic approach to your work
