The role:
This top-tier practice is looking to welcome a Private Property & Landed Estates Associate 3-5 years PQE into their esteemed practice in Cheltenham.
This team specialises in handling complex landed estates, agricultural and rural property, country houses and high-value residential property transactions across England and Wales.
They have a diverse client base made up of UHNW/HNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, companies, trustees and charities with a strong pipeline of work coming out of the City of London.
You will be joining a highly experienced and industry-renowned agriculture team that has been providing specialist legal services to farming and rural affairs clients. They have strong links across the whole agricultural sector and sit on multiple industry panels and associations.
This role is suited to those practicing within this area already, but may also suit someone who is looking to transition into this field from agriculture or high-value residential work. As long as you have the right foundational skills and work ethic to succeed in this area, this team can help you support and training to step into this niche area of law.
