The Role:
This reputable firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 6+ years PQE to join their practice based in High Wycombe.
You will take on a range of employment matters for both employers and employees including dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and restructuring.
Working with a variety of clients including small start-ups and large national corporations, you will be provided with high-quality work in a busy and diverse caseload.
Requirements:
- Senior Employment Solicitor 6+ years PQE
- Experience in a reputable employment team to equip you to deal with high quality employment matters
- Excellent communication skills and keen eye for business development
