New Instruction - Disputes Lawyers (3+ PQE) - British Virgin Islands

We're seeking a talented and ambitious UK-qualified commercial litigation lawyer (barrister / solicitor advocate) to join our client's elite disputes team in the British Virgin Islands. This role offers a dynamic mix of complex commercial litigation, spanning insolvency, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, and cross-border fraud and asset tracing. It's an ideal opportunity for a driven and motivated lawyer to take the reins, drive results, and make a lasting impact from day one.

Academically strong with a minimum of 3yrs PQE, applicants will have ideally handled a variety of cross-border work to include corporate /  financial disputes, insolvency and asset tracing matters. You will be adept at case management and strategy and comfortable on your feet, while also able to collaborate effectively with colleagues of all levels to achieve desired outcomes.
