This major offshore and international law firm has two excellent opportunity for an Associate and Senior Associate to join their market leading Disputes and Restructuring group in Hong Kong. The role will entail working closely with their leading practices in Bermuda, the BVI and Cayman islands, while also actively contributing to the growth and development of their Hong Kong practice. The focus of their work is particularly on high-value multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate disputes with an Asian connection, along with major cross-border corporate restructuring and insolvency mandates. This top firm has long-established relationships with many leading international financial institutions, professional advisers and regulatory bodies, and has been at the very forefront of the development of the offshore financial markets. The position combines an excellent salary package with highly varied and challenging international disputes work, while future career prospects are excellent within this thriving and market leading team. Applicants should ideally have high-level international disputes and/or restructuring experience gained within a leading offshore, Hong Kong, UK or Australasian practice.
