IP/ Patent Litigation Junior Solicitor (NQ – circa 3 years’ PQE)- MARKET RATE

 
Our client – a leading intellectual property law firm with an excellent reputation in IP both in the UK and worldwide – is looking to hire an associate into their highly ranked patent litigation team. For their growing IP & Patent team, they are looking for an IP/ Patent Litigation lawyer- a rare opportunity for a Newly Qualified to circa 3 years’ PQE- with a focus on patent litigation (ideally in the life sciences sector, although the team undertake a full range of patent litigation work). The ideal candidate will have a Science degree. The team acts for some of the world's most innovative Life Sciences companies and they are also active in the fields of medical devices, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications. 

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will work together on challenging and market-leading cases. The firm counts many of the largest, most innovative and successful companies as clients and has acted in several landmark cases and disputes involving multi-jurisdictional litigation between major science and technology companies. The work is second to none.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest and passion for patent litigation work and who wants to work more closely with clients at every step in the process with an inclusive, exceptionally talented and respected team.
