The role:

Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor 2+ years PQE looking to join a dynamic practice undertaking a wide range of property disputes? If so, this well-known and well-respected team in Bristol would like to hear from you.

This hire can expect a varied caseload of work advising public and private sector clients on a wide and varied range of property-related disputes including the following:

  • Commercial tenancy disputes relating to breach of covenants, service charge, forfeiture, dilapidations and rent reviews
  • Land-based disputes in respect of restrictive covenants, easements, trespass and claims for possession
  • Business tenancy renewals
  • Proceedings in the High Court, County Court and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)
  • Advising on the Building Safety Act, telecoms, and/or leasehold management work

As well as managing your own caseload, you'll also work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-profile litigation with a well-known Partner at the helm. This is an opportunity for you to further enhance your technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced litigators who foster an inclusive working environment.

  • Property Litigation Solicitor 2+ years PQE
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
  • Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
