The Role:

You will join a highly-ranked employment team as an associate in the firm's prestigious national team out of their City of London office.

Acting for a mix of impressive clients that include national and international leading Blue-Chip organisations, you will provide strategic employment law advice, act on complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, complex grievances at a senior level, including discrimination and whistle-blowing complaints, and senior executive/board room issues.
Alongside this, the role will include access to and exposure to high-value and high-court litigation.

The role will allow you, as an associate, to handle some of the highest-quality employment matters out there-high-profile, stimulating matters supported by an incredible team around you.

  • As a guide, this opportunity would suit an employment lawyer with 2-5 years of PQE.
  • Applications will be considered from Associates with a mixed-con/non-con background, as the split of work will fluctuate, as you can expect, depending on what the client needs at any given time.
