Construction Associate - Professional Indemnity Claims 

Our client is an esteemed international law firm that has a long-standing history of success and impressive growth over the last few years.  They are looking to hire a 4 PQE Construction lawyer with a proven billings track record in construction indemnity claims, including coverage issues. 

This opportunity for an experienced Construction lawyer is broad, with a focus on providing practical and pragmatic advice throughout the process to assist professional indemnity clients in resolving disputes on a contentious and non-contentious basis.

If you are looking for a varied and challenging opportunity with high levels of exposure in a reputable Construction Insurance team environment, this may be a great fit!

Key details:

  • Ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3-4+ PQE, with excellent academics and training within a reputable UK law firm.
  • Construction litigation experience with excellent technical and drafting ability.
  • A good knowledge of legal procedures.  It is vital to have extensive experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination, and mediation.
  • Applicants with a strong insurance background preferred.
  • You will have high levels of autonomy and are expected to work with minimal supervision.
  • Management of a caseload of construction professional indemnity claims, including coverage issues/professional negligence disputes.
