An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Associate with 2-5 years PQE to join a reputable Insurance law firm in Bristol. This role offers a chance to work within a thriving and friendly team, providing high levels of responsibility and a busy, varied, caseload focused on contentious work with potential for career advancement.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of Employment law and procedures.
  • Managing all aspects of employment law, including litigation and advisory work for both employees and employers.
  • Providing guidance on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination, harassment, medical disputes, and whistle-blowing.
  • Negotiating with legal representatives and interacting with tribunals, including preparing ET3’s and witness statements.
  • Demonstrating strong client management skills and the ability to excel in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate must be prepared to hit the ground running!
  • Hybrid/remote working options available based on level of PQE.
