Our client, a reputable award winning law firm with a strong presence in the legal markets, is currently seeking a talented Corporate Associate with NQ - 3 years PQE to join their thriving Corporate team. * Multiple locations - London, Cambridge, Nottingham, Peterborough.

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer with a proven track record of working within a reputable corporate legal team at a top Legal 500 firm. Exceptional academic credentials (min. 2.1) and training are a must.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Managing a varied workload, conducting due diligence processes, reviewing, drafting, and compiling corporate and commercial documents, as well as general corporate structuring work.
  • The successful candidate should have a strong background in transactional matters including commercial contracts review & drafting, negotiating Shareholder agreements, LLP contracts, company law matters, business ownership, and investment advisory mandates.
  • Experience in advising and drafting commercial contracts is essential together with a knowledge of distribution and agency agreements.
  • Strong client management skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment are essential.
