The role:

Are you a Property Litigation Associate 1-4 years PQE and interested in exploring a platform for your career that will allow you to become a sector expert? If so, this Bristol team would like to hear from you.

The Property Litigation team advises a diverse clientele including Public Bodies, corporate occupiers, investors/landlords, and developers on a wide range of property issues. This includes telecoms, break clause disputes, rights of light, breach of covenant, public/private rights of way, misrepresentation/breach of contract, frustration, option disputes, and commercial landlord/tenant matters.

With a specialisation in disputes arising from the Electronic Communications Code, those with previous experience or an interest in telecoms work would be particularly suited.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior looking to further enhance their technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced litigators who foster an inclusive working environment.

The ideal candidate:

  • Property Litigation Associate 1-4 years PQE
  • Interest and/or experience in the Electronic Communications Code/complex issues
  • Strong appetite for professional growth and motivation to consistently deliver your best
