The role:

An ambitious Real Estate Development Associate with 1-5 years PQE or CILEX qualification has the chance to join a leading practice in Bristol.

This highly regarded Real Estate Development team is seeking to add an enthusiastic Associate to their ranks. The team boasts a diverse client base, including national, regional, and local developers, promoters, housing associations, landowners, and financial institutions such as banks and alternative lenders.

Under the leadership of two experienced Partners, you will engage in a broad spectrum of real estate development work, with a particular focus on commercial and residential development (both immediate and strategic) and the securing of development and project finance.

Therefore, you should have a solid understanding of site assembly, site acquisition, planning, funding, and site setup.

The team values close working relationships with clients, embedding their support throughout the development process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on client interaction and providing proactive support.

The ideal candidate:

  • Real Estate Associate 1-5 years PQE with interest/expertise in residential development work
  • Demonstrates self-confidence, initiative and flexibility in approach
  • Ambitious attitude with a strong working mentality
