Job Details

This top international law firm has a market leading funds and corporate group.  The London team is now seeking to recruit a mid-level associate to assist with an ever growing pipeline of work. Suitable candidates are likely to be in the range of 3-6pqe but candidates outside of this range with relevant experience will also be considered. 

The role will involve advising fund managers, investors and other industry participants on a wide range of funds-related matters, including fund formations, joint ventures, co-investments, fund investments and secondary transactions.  The London team work alongside colleagues throughout the firm's global network - the work is cutting edge and exciting.
