Job Details

The team regularly advises on a range of behavioural cases (cartel / abuse of dominance / sector inquiries) and multi-jurisdictional mergers and foreign investment matters in particular with clients in Private Equity

They are seeking an associate with a minimum of 1 years post qualification experience from one of the leading competition teams in the City or Brussels ideally with experience of obtaining merger control approvals from the European Commission or the CMA

This new role offers excellent career progression and the chance to work on cutting edge deals in a growing team. Fluency to a native level in English and French is a pre-requisite for this position
