After doubling in size over recent years, this entrepreneurial and forward-thinking firm are looking to further strengthen their award-winning practice with a Senior Business Crime and Regulatory Senior Associate of 5+ years PQE in their office in Milton Keynes.

The firm is very entrepreneurial and is ahead of the curve on the changing legal landscape; they have invested in artificial intelligence, using state of the art software allowing staff to save days of work.

They are multi officed, highly regarded, often acting against Magic Circle and City firms. They have won many awards and accolades and this is paramount to the core values engrained within the firm. This firm show a vibrant approach to the legal sector and work with Celebrities, Sports Stars, HNW families and Businesses.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Business Crime & Regulatory Solicitor to join their busy department in Milton Keynes.

The department is ranked as top tier for the specialist Fraud and Crime work, they do on a national level. With leading individuals mentioned in the Legal 500, you will be joining an industry-leading team.

The department's client base is diverse acting for both private clients/individuals and commercial clients, including SME's and major national and international companies.

Your caseload will involve criminal and regulatory matters including white-collar crime, SFO investigations, cybercrime, proceeds of crime/confiscation and professional discipline.


·You will ideally be at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE and less may still be considered)
·Experience of handling police work and must be police station accredited
·You should have a strong background in this area of law
·A meticulous eye for detail
·You will be commercially minded


·Salary is competitive around market rate, which will be dependent on experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme
