This US law firm is known for its excellent project finance, projects and energy practices. Long established as a leader in the London market, the projects team is seeking to recruit an associate to assist with a thriving pipeline of work.  Ideal candidates will be in the region of 2-4 pqe, although candidates outside of this range will also be considered. 

The focus of this role will be project development and energy. it will suit someone with experience of advising on commercial contracts in the energy and natural resources sector, such as power purchase and other offtake agreements, concession agreements, project development and joint venture agreements.  A keen interest in emerging markets is also valuable. 

The work is challenging and cutting edge - this is an opportunity for someone who wants to be working alongside lawyers who are the best in their field.
