This Top 100 firm has a top-tier real estate practice and their office in Cheltneham is a key part of their strategic business plan for the future, with this in mind they are looking to appoint a Real Estate Senior Associate of 5+ years PQE into their team.

A lot of City work is now being carried out by the regional team, providing a new level of cohesion and expertise to service clients with some of the largest real estate owners and corporate occupiers in the UK.

The role:

Opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join an outstanding real estate department based in Cheltneham office at the Senior Associate level.

This real estate team attract a quality that you'd only expect to find in City practices. Their ability to attract such high-quality work is down to their commercially driven approach that yields outstanding results for their clients at good value for money.

The work will be broad making for an interesting caseload; this will include acquisitions and disposals, investment, development commercial leases and landlord and tenant.

The quality of lawyers within the property team cannot be understated; there are multiple Hall of Fame lawyers, leading individuals and next generation partners whom all have their own specialist practices making this an incredible department to consider joining.

Requirements:

· Real Estate Solicitor 5+ years PQE with previous experience in a quality practice
· Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
· Track record in business development and outstanding client care
