The role:

Opportunity for an experienced Employment Senior Associate 6+ years PQE with a proven track record in this area of law to join an industry-leading team in Bristol.

In line with growth, this team is looking to welcome a Senior Associate into the team and is keen to hear from those with prior exposure to a diverse client base on a national and international scale, including FTSE 100 companies and household names in the financial services sector.

You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, mostly for employers and on the respondent side. This will include TUPE matters, employment contracts, advisory work, dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and corporate restructuring.

There's a lot of really exciting work in the pipeline and this is a dedicated team that is genuinely enthusiastic about delivering for their clients, making it an energising environment to work in.

Aside from fee-earning and leading on transactions, they're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones.
