Relocation to Spain

We're currently working with a brilliant word leading mining business across the metals space. Listed on the US Stock market, with a strong head office presence based in Spain.

They're currently looking to bring on board their 1st external CoSec hire, working closely with the GC & Company Secretary, this person will bring knowledge and experience of working in listed businesses (bonus if you have worked with the US Stock market). 

You will be bring a proactive and drive approach to the role, working across corporate responsibilites; Annual reports, AGMs, Modern Slavery, Governance & Board support, share plans and registers and more.
