Opportunities to build your experience in other areas of costs
Costs drafters and negotiators advise on the full gamut of complex, high-value medical negligence work. This includes high-value costs work arising out of complex birth injuries as well as high-profile inquest work.

In addition, there is also a good spread of commercial litigation work including niche areas such as shipping litigation and other areas of commercial litigation. The team is regularly required to advise on costs budgeting and costs negotiation of high value commercial litigation and arbitrations.
