This Legal 500 firm are looking for an Employment Partner to join their entrepreneurial team. They have grown substantially in recent years and are continuing to expand.

With a real family feel they have grown steadily, with a rich history dating back 200 years and offer a dedicated service across a broad range of sectors to high profile corporations & UHNW individuals.

They specialise in Commercial Property, Private Client, Disputes, Family, Immigration, Corporate, Employment and Litigation, the lawyers at this firm pride themselves on providing outstanding service. Their longstanding clients trust they will provide jargon-free, practical advice.

Their collaborative culture means they seek out solutions that cater for the unique needs of each client they work with.

Most clients are within the Corporate, Employment, Real Estate, Commercial Property and Private Wealth sector however the firm handle a variety of ultra-high-profile work across a diverse range of sectors.

The firm is committed to engaging with all clients to fully understand their needs and take a practical, commercial approach to provide the best solutions.
There is a lot of cross referrals between the different practice areas and the majority of their clientele are HNW/UHNW.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Partner into their thriving West End, London office.

The Employment department at this firm is well established with a sterling reputation. The team are recognised as one of the leading practices in this sector.

You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The work & client base will be predominantly focussed on both the employer, whilst the department does also do some work for HNW employees.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Employment Partner with at least 6 years PQE
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
  • You will be used to dealing with your own marketing & business development

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure. You will also receive strong benefits such as private health care and a lot of flexibility
