Job Details

The team regularly advice on a range of multijusitictional mergers and foreign investment matters in particular with clients in Tech, Energy or financial services sectors

They are seeking an associate with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience from one of the leading competition teams in the City with experience of obtaining merger control approvals from the European Commission and the CMA

The London office is the main port of call in Europe for any competition/antitrust work from this US heavy weight and as a stand alone practice they can guarantee interesting instructions and a top NY salary and bonus with excellent potential for career progression
