A leading Top 100 law firm is looking for an Employment Partner to join their market leading team, dealing with mainly respondent work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE with a solid background.

You will work with Legal 500 & Chambers ranked solicitors and will have the opportunity to work with exciting clients. They work across various sectors including but not limited to, tech, real estate, consumer, retail, media, energy, private equity and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including:
    • TUPE
    • Discrimination
    • Redundancy
    • Disciplinary and grievance procedures
    • Employment contracts
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Help develop and grow the employment team
  • Manage and supervise junior lawyers

Qualifications:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
  • At least 10 years' PQE in a top law firm
  • Experience in employment law
  • Experience in respondent work
  • Strong academic record
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
