Commercial Property Solicitor - Ipswich/Hybrid working

An opportunity has come up for a Solicitor or legal executive to join a well respected commercial property team at a firm in Ipswich

The successful candidate will be a specialist commercial property Solicitor with experience of dealing with matters such as sales and purchases of commercial property, development matters and commercial leases.

The firm is open to considering lawyers at every level of PQE and so both junior/recently qualified and more experienced Solicitors are encouraged to get in touch.

This firm is a well established property firm who enjoy a strong reputation in the property market and they are seeking to build on this and develop the commercial side of things. So as well as the fee earning you will be working closely with the partners of the firm in terms of the business development in order to grow their commercial offering.

The partners have ambitious plans for the future and are looking for similarly ambitious and enthusiastic lawyers to help them achieve their aims.

This could be a great role for those looking for a role where they can be a key figure and have a significant influence in the future of the department in which they work. The partners envisage superb progression prospects for the successful candidate.

It would be beneficial for any applicants to show a strong track record of being involved in the business development of their current or previous roles.

The salary for the role will be dependent on experience as part of a good package.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for people looking to incorporate that into their roles.

If you are a commercial property solicitor looking to progress your career within a growing and successful practice then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Please get in touch with Greg at QED legal for further details.
