Job title: Real Estate Solicitor (Development)

Location: Farnborough

Salary: £58-£65k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 3-5

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Our client is highly regarded for their property work and is on the panels of some of the most prestigious building companies in the industry. Amongst the teams' accolades is winning the Property Firm of the year at a regional awards ceremony, all whilst retaining a personable approach to both clients and staff.

Working closely with partners in the department - who are counted amongst some of the leading legal specialists in this area of law, outside of London - you can expect to immediately make an impact on the team. Given responsibility as you assist with an existing caseload and engage in new business generation.

If you have property development experience and are seeking a close-knit team with access to high-calibre work and hands on mentoring, or even a move from a congested team to somewhere with greater access to varied and interesting work, then this could be the role you're seeking.

Company

Our business is about you. Helping you find the right job. We’ve been in the recruitment industry for 20 years, so we’re confident we can make a real difference to your career prospects. Over half of our business is repeat or recommended business – candidates returning for their next career move or recommending their colleagues to us. We like it like that.

But that’s not enough. We want to improve our legal recruitment service every day, every week, and every year, to ensure your success.

Our depth and breadth of experience means we already know the legal recruitment market inside out. And our industry-leading training programme fully prepares candidates for what lies ahead in a law career. So, as a lawyer, you can trust us when you need to take the next step.

We see things from your perspective. Nearly all our staff have legal training, and many have actually practised as solicitors. Which means you benefit from their in-depth knowledge of local markets, and specialist legal recruitment advice from consultants with first-hand, relevant experience.

Of course we take your career extremely seriously. We’ve worked long and hard to build trust and rapport with our clients and candidates, and all our dealings are treated with utmost confidence. We have a reputation for being proactive and well connected in the legal profession, and we’re always determined to achieve the best possible outcome for you.
