Salary: £60-75k - Depending on experience

My client is a boutique employment firm with an enviable reputation that regularly competes with large corporate and established firms in London and the Southeast. They have an opening for a driven and knowledgeable solicitor to join their highly respected and Tier 1 employment team.

The ideal candidate will have a good background in contentious and non-contentious respondent and claimant employment matters. The work will include but isn't limited to disputes, drafting employment contracts, employment tribunals, TUPE, dismissals and more. The firm deals with a range of notable clients you can expect notable blue-chip companies as well as agile start-ups, meaning a great variety of complex and rewarding work.
