The Role You will be joining a thriving team with a balanced workload of transactional (share/asset sales and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, corporate finance, restructuring) and non-transactional matters (startups, governance, shareholder/partnership arrangements, commercial/consumer contracting, e-commerce, IP).
