The role:

Are you a Family Partner seeking a lateral move to a prestigious, high-ranking practice based in Cheltenham? Or perhaps you're a senior lawyer ready to advance to a salaried Partner role? If so, this national firm with a stellar reputation for family law would like to hear from you.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Family Partner to join a top-tier team renowned for delivering comprehensive solutions to individuals and families. The team provides expert support across a broad range of areas, including Divorce, Children and Parental Disputes, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements and Wealth Protection, Unmarried Couples and Financial Claims for Children, as well as Adoption and Parentage, Fertility Law, and Surrogacy.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive expertise in any of those areas of Family law. A proven track record in handling UHNW/HNW clients and a skill for managing complex cases on an international scale are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to motivate a team of lawyers and support staff and enhance their professional and technical development
