Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to strengthen its team with a Senior Employment Lawyer to head up their employment team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

The Firm & Role

  • They deal with services to the individual, and services to business enterprises given them comprehensive, and rounded knowledge in terms of legal advice. The ideal candidate

  • You will be a Senior Employment Solicitor with ideally at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • The firm can offer excellent prospects with a route for progression
  • You should have good technical knowledge and the ability to deliver excellent client service


  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
  • Hybrid/remote working as well as flexible hours are on offer
