Segal Placements has recently started assisting a highly profitable London-based boutique law firm that are keen to appoint a COO to oversee the entire operational side of the Firm.

This individual will be the central focal point for a number of administrative facets within the Firm. Functions such as IT, Marketing, HR, Compliance etc will all report directly into this role.

Our client has specified that they would prefer the individual in question to have previously had some sort of interface with HR responsibility within a medium-large organisation (not necessarily previous law firm experience).

Salary is negotiable but would be in the £110k-£135k range.
