The Role
As part of the established Commercial Property team, you will engage in some of the highest-quality work in the country. Your responsibilities will include managing a mixed caseload of Real Estate advice, negotiating contracts, and handling the sale, purchase, and lease of commercial properties.

You will work across various sectors, benefiting from the firm's supportive environment and flexible approach. This role offers the chance to handle a high calibre of work, positioning you to develop market-leading expertise in Real Estate and take a significant step forward in your career.

The Ideal Candidate

  • An ambitious individual with 1-2 years of relevant PQE
  • Residential Conveyancing experience looking to transition to Commercial Property will be considered
  • Ability to manage caseload independently, with support
  • First-rate customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike
  • Proactive, innovative, and value-adding mindset
