The Role

This position is ideal for an Employment Solicitor eager to handle a diverse and exciting caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters. Responsibilities span a wide range of employment issues, from general advice and HR support to strategic projects, high-profile tribunal work, TUPE, collective matters, and more.

You will engage with prestigious, large-scale clients, managing complex and fulfilling workloads that will help you develop exceptional expertise in employment law. Working directly alongside Legal 500 ranked Partners, you will have significant opportunities for professional growth within one of the UK's leading legal firms.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Employment Solicitor (2+ PQE) proficient in all aspects of employment law
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Able to manage a varied caseload with a diverse client base
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, with effective and empathetic communication with clients and colleagues
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
