The corporate department of this profitable mid-sized firm has a mandate to grow on the back of another successful year and are now looking for corporate partners with clients that will fit with the overall strategic approach of the department.

 

The clear focus of this team is in the small to mid-cap M&A market acting for clients on either domestic or international transactions. The common denominator in terms of client base is around SMEs and OMBs and often businesses with backing from private wealth or private capital, either seeking additional fund raising or ultimately exit.
