A leading global firm is looking to hire a Managing Associate/Counsel into their fund finance practice.

The team has one of the strongest reputations in the market, working with a sophisticated clientele ranging from leading banks and funds to corporates and asset managers. The managing associate/counsel will work on a range of complex matters, from capital calls and management fees to asset backed facilities, for both lenders and sponsors.

The firm is seeking applications from those with six years of experience post-qualification at a recognised finance team. A consistent academic background is also required.
