Really exciting opportunity to specialise in this increasingly important area of practice.

This is a chance to join one of the UK's largest Private Wealth Disputes teams with a National reputation, recognised in all the directories.

The work is incredibly varied and interesting, so every day and every case is different. You will gain experience dealing with disputes over wills, financial provision claims, disputes with executors, disputes regarding powers of attorney, contested Court of Protection applications and long-term and elderly care matters. Clients can range from high net worth individuals to well-known charities and large financial institutions.

Our client is looking for someone either approaching qualification with a passion for private wealth disputes (ideally gained from a seat as part of your training contract) or who has just qualified into a private wealth disputes role. The team need someone who is ambitious and driven to develop their career in this area, and already working as part of a strong, specialist Contentious Private Client team.
