Construction Solicitor - Bury St Edmunds - Hybrid working and free car parking available

Client

A well-established local firm with an excellent reputation and a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield.

Role

Act for a wide range of clients, including contractors, sub-contractors, developers, funders, and individuals. 
Provide high-quality, commercial advice on all aspects of development, from the inception of a project through to its completion.
Advise on and help draft and negotiate necessary construction documentation including letters of intent, building contracts, professional appointments and warranties.
Offer practical and pragmatic advice throughout the construction process, to assist clients in resolving issues.
Advise and represent clients in all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, litigation and all other dispute resolution procedures.

You

3-10 years PQE 
Able to manage your own caseload and financial housekeeping, with support where necessary
Can assess legal issues and advise accordingly / conduct legal research / advise on costs and scope of work
Ability to build strong relationships in order to deliver tailored, accurate and pragmatic advice.
Excellent client relationship management skills
