The Role:

  • A rare opportunity to take over a buoyant caseload of commercial property work for a commercially minded and driven Senior Real Estate Solicitor in Birmingham.
  • As a Senior Solicitor you will be welcomed in to the decision making team of the firm, meaning you can have a say in the direction of the department.
  • Working closely with the experienced Partners, you will be managing a caseload of a range of matters such as disposals & acquisitions, commercial finance and property development across a range of sectors.
  • Your case load will span the Midlands and nationally.
  • Offering full support, this team will help you achieve your long-term goals, in a personal and professional capacity, with clear pathways to progression.


Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level with 5+ years of relevant PQE
  • You will have excellent communication and team skills
  • You will be keen for business development and career progression
