Due to growth a new vacancy has arisen for a Banking Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join the West End office of this Legal 500 firm.

  • They have attracted many Lawyers from top firms in London, looking for a more collegiate, friendly culture where staff can make more of an impact and feel valued. You will also find there is much more in the way of staff flexibility and work-life balance. They act for companies such as John Lewis, Arcadia and Vodafone.
  • The firm is very entrepreneurial and is ahead of the curve on the changing legal landscape; they have recently invested in artificial intelligence, using state of the art software allowing staff to save days of work. This firm is the only SME sized law firm using it, big names have used it for several years. It is this approach and strong leadership why they remain to be highly profitable.

The Role

  • This Legal 500 firm are looking for a Banking Litigation Solicitor to join their stand out office in the West End.
  • The Banking & Finance department work closely with the firms Real Estate, Private Wealth and Corporate Tax departments.
  • The department has expertise in; Secured & Structured Lending, Acquisitions and Leveraged Debt, Securitisations Structures, Asset Finance, Debt Structuring, Funds, Swaps & other Derivatives. They act for Borrowers, Lenders and Funders in all types of Financial transactions.
  • You will join a highly experienced, Legal 500 tier department. The team are professional, friendly, supportive, and strong business generators. With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects, you will work side on side with industry leaders, giving you a platform to rise to the top.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Banking Litigation Solicitor 4+ PQE
  • You will have good experience of dealing with a contentious caseload
  • You will have first class interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid client relationships
  • Salary is very competitive with excellent benefits
