Your new company
A company within the pharmaceutical industry, split into two divisions- pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. This role is based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
Your new role
This role is within the diagnostics team, focusing on commercial contracts around the supply of equipment.
-Working closely with our Bids and Commercial functions on tender submissions you will be reviewing and managing multiple large tender opportunities simultaneously;
-Reviewing, drafting, negotiating and executing commercial contracts with our customers highlighting areas of risk, proposing/agreeing risk mitigating strategies and ensuring contracts are commercially and legally robust
-Drafting and/or reviewing dispute communications, novation agreements, confidentiality agreements, software licences.
What you'll need to succeed
-Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
-Understanding of commercial contracts.
-Procurement experience would be desirable.
