CRA Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Locum to join a reputable high street practice in Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancer to contribute to a dynamic team and provide essential support on a temporary basis.

About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Locum, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This role is office-based and requires a thorough understanding of all areas of conveyancing, including:

* Residential sales and purchases
* Leasehold and freehold transactions
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
* Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing all necessary legal documentation.
* Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.


* Proven experience in all aspects of conveyancing.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Immediate availability to start.
