The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial Professional Support Lawyer with a passion for the technical side of the law to support one of the best commercial practices in the UK, to be based out of Oxford.

As the sole PSL lawyer for the Commercial team, but part of an established Knowledge group across the firm, the firm is looking for someone with the experience and technical prowess to provide resources to support the department with its international mandates.

You will have outstanding technical knowledge and expertise in one or several of the following areas: technology contracts, outsourcing, data, digital regulation, gaming and interactive entertainment, telecoms and advertising/marketing/sponsorship.

As a PSL, you will design and implement precedents, knowhow, research resources, training and other technical excellence components to help deliver strategy objectives.

This role would suit a range of qualified individuals coming from a number of backgrounds. Whether you're a 7+ years solicitor with a passion for the technical side of the law, an existing PSL, working in-house or perhaps in government this firm would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate:

·Commercial Solicitor or existing PSL with at least 7+ years PQE
·Outstanding technical knowledge across commercial contracts
·Demonstrable people skills and the ability to engage with lawyers at all levels
