This role is perfect for someone who can multi-task, establish excellent internal and external working relationships, and effectively prioritise under pressure.

As a Board Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our client's Executive Office. You will be responsible for tracking workstreams and projects, managing internal communications, briefs, presentations, and materials required by the Chief Executive, Board and Executive Leadership Team.

Your role will also involve managing the operational delivery of all Shareholders' Meetings and the Annual General Meeting. You will have the opportunity to work on cross-business projects, supporting business-wide initiatives. This role requires a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.

The ideal candidate for this Board Support Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in managing multiple concurrent projects across a variety of workstreams.

You should have demonstrable experience delivering high-quality written reports, correspondence, agendas and presentations for Board and Shareholder Meetings. Your ability to work collaboratively under pressure while maintaining excellent organisational skills will be key to your success in this role. A proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion is essential, as is a detail-oriented approach to checking reports and proofreading for accuracy and grammar.

Strong people management skills, with a focus on supporting learning and development, are also highly desirable.
