This well-known firm is looking to expand their Employment team in Reading with a NQ-2 years PQE Solicitor who shares their passion for client care.

The role:

The firm is seeking to appoint an Employment Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE into their Reading office.

The team specialise in both claimant and respondent cases, however there is an emphasis on respondent work which you will be supporting the head of department with.

Work will include but not be limited to: settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, contractual disputes, employment tribunals, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing, and corporate support.

They are looking for someone in the early stages of their career, but with the confidence and commitment to act as an established employment lawyer.


  • You will be an Employment Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE but with solid practical experience
  • You will keen and eager to develop working alongside industry leaders
  • You will enjoy working as part of a wider team
