JOB TITLE:        Court of Protection Lawyer

•Due to the continued growth in the Court of Protection team, the firm are seeking an experienced Legal Professional to join them and manage new deputyships from receipt of deputy appointment Order

•The appointed candidate will be managing a diverse caseload that includes deputyships and personal injury trusts stemming from personal injury or clinical negligence claims, both before and after settlement, as well as deputyships appointed by the OPG panel and local authority.

•In this position, you'll receive support as part of a sub-team within the larger department. Responsibilities include Supporting and protecting client’s needs on a wide range of issues including financial planning, management of their funds, assets, property and care arrangements.

•Applications are open to Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling a caseload of Court of Protection matters.

Kaye Thumpston – Divisional Manager (Locum)

Kaye is a Divisional Manager within eNL’s  interim / locum division and has responsibility for the temporary legal recruitment team nationally. Kaye has been involved in legal recruitment since 2006 and has over ten years’ experience within the interim / locum legal professional market. Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance. As a  member of  eNLs London & South East Locum Team she recruits for fixed term contract positions, holiday cover and interim roles across the region. Zoe Jones – Consultant (Locum)

With over 20 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry, Zoë’s experience includes in-house recruitment for a large financial institution within commercial and corporate banking,  as well as local government. With 3 years’ previous legal recruitment experience gained at eNL, Zoë re-joined the team in December 2018 after a short break.
