Throughout the firm's history they have operated in an extremely entrepreneurial fashion and have never held the keys to more relationships than they have at present. Anyone who would be moving to this firm would have excellent training.

This practice has recently moved to a brand new office meaning modern infrastructure, up-to-date IT systems and room for further growth.

The role

This heavyweight practice based in Surrey are looking to recruit a Senior Commerical Solicitor with 10+ years PQE to join its growing Corporate & Commercial department in Farnborough.

In this role you will be dealing with a mixed and varied caseload of commercial law matters, from simple T&Cs to full outsourcing arrangements in regulated sectors.

The position involves working on projects with leading law firms or highly regarded in-house legal teams, particular areas of focus include software, manufacturing, technology, and financial services businesses.

Candidates should be experts in the commercial law field and have experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members. In this role, you will be supervising 6 fee-earners varying in experience and PQE, although consisting of leading lawyers outside of London.

Requirements

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor and you will be 10+ years PQE
  • You will have extensive Commercial Law experience
  • You will have a proven track record of successful business development initiatives
  • You will have worked at a leading regional L500 established high street or city practice
