This stand-out practice is based in the heart of the West End. Corporate, Real Estate, Finance, Litigation, Media & Sports are their core areas. They are ranked highly in the Legal 500 and have grown significantly in recent years; they now stand at over 100 staff.

The firm are looking for a Corporate Partner to join them in their West End office. The firm are also open to a team move should this be something you are interested in.

They act for many well-known companies including Sports Clubs, Tech Companies, Ted Baker, Marriott, and various funds. They are forward thinking, entrepreneurial, progressive and have a collegiate working environment.
They are very creative and ahead of the curve in the changing legal landscape. They are a highly profitable outfit who have a very fluid Partnership structure.

You will work alongside heavy hitting Partners helping drive the Corporate offering forward.

Having dealt with the firm for a long time, I truly believe they set themselves apart in the London market. Their lawyers are business minded, forward thinking and highly entrepreneurial. They are looking for a Corporate Partner to join them as they have a number of clients that are keen to provide them with more work. Many of their Partners come from City and strong West End backgrounds.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partner to join this stand out West End practice.

The Corporate department is ranked highly in the Legal 500, it is highly regarded and deals with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from Sovereign Funds, major financial institutions, well known international companies including many household names, high profile entrepreneurs sporting stars, A List celebrities and investors.

Due to the broad spectrum of work in the department, they are open minded about your specialism.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 8+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to experience)
  • You will have a good grounding in Corporate work and should possess a good technical knowledge
  • You should have a meticulous eye for detail
  • You will deal with high-quality work, as part of an innovative team
  • Salary is highly competitive with a clear pathway to equity
