The role

They are seeking a talented 3+ years PQE Solicitor to join their corporate department in Guildford, Surrey.

This practice also has a considerable presence within the corporate space and handles very high-profile work.

The Partners have a vast wealth of knowledge, experience, and formidable reputations; the ideal candidate will have sat in a seat within the Corporate Tax and Incentives space and deal with the highest quality of work.

Previous experience of tax support for M&A transactions is ideal, the responsibilities will focus on mitigating liabilities and maximizing allowances, providing tax support on corporate transactions, and helping to design and implement equity incentive schemes for their clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor 3+ years PQE
  • Previous experience within the Corporate Tax & incentives space
  • Motivated and driven individual
  • Meticulous attention to detail Strong experience in Contentious probate
