This established and highly regarded regional law firm based in Tonbridge, Kent are seeking a career minded Property Litigator to join their dynamic team at either Senior Associate or Partner level.

The Role:

  • As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property disputes.
  • This is a senior-level position where you will play a key role in advising clients, managing complex cases, and providing strategic legal solutions.
  • Managing a caseload of property litigation matters including disputes related to residential and commercial properties.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Handling disputes involving landlord and tenant issues, property ownership, boundaries, leases, and other property-related conflicts.
  • Conducting negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate:

  • You will be a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE, likely at Senior Associate or Partner level
  • Proven track record of handling complex landlord and tenant disputes as well as a broad mix of residential property and commercial property disputes at a senior level.
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of property law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
