As part of their expanding practice, they are actively seeking an ambitious finance associate with expertise in debt capital markets and structured products, particularly with knowledge of derivatives.

The role involves diverse work across capital markets and structured finance products, encompassing CLO, RMBS, and other securitisation structures, fund-linked structured products, ETC platforms, repackaging, and debt issuance programmes. The team also provides clients with invaluable insights into regulatory issues impacting structured finance vehicles.

What You Bring Key Checklist:

  • 2-3 years PQE as a qualified lawyer within recognised practice 
  • Ireland / UK / Commonwealth admitted
  • Expertise in DCM / Structured Products / Derivatives
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle a wide range of work
  • Ambition, commercial acumen, and self-motivation
  • Communication and collaboration skills
